Pros: Closer to home. Busy area which is hrst fir business.
Cons: Nothing. Coquitlam is very nice place.

Pros: Pay rate is higher, but you spend this difference in rent anyway.

Pros: I like the dental job market. They have more opportunities to advance. I live in Texas and their dentistry is not as advanced as the west cost. Alot of the office don't even offer Medical insurance.
Cons: It rains alot. I used to work at UW school of Dentistry as a clinical Superviser, which was alot of responsibility, and I was good at what I did. But now ready for a scaled down version.
