It can be very lucrative if you are in the right office (bonuses are usually structured off of production) They are centered around a culture of always saying Yes, and being very "patient centric". They instill the importance of patient service and that anyone who walks through our doors can get the care they need. That being said, like any business model, there are cons. Being opened 10 hours a day does not seem to be good enough, as they are looking to soon extend hours and additional days, which without proper staffing, leaves a lot of overworked, burnt out employees.
