Always have daily, weekly and monthly goals. Remember in the daily huddle what they are, and set the right mind set to achieve them as a team.
Health is not an insurance or economical option. Patients need to be guided in what is the best option for them. We tend to confuse with different treatments plans and no clear financial options.
