Pros: My fellow employees are great, we all have a great working relationship. I enjoy working with the public, although sometimes it can be nerve racking with the types of customers that do come in.
Cons: I don't like that I am a full time employee, but I only work about 34 hours a week. When I got my promotion, it wasn't nearly as much as I thought it would be.

Pros: I like my job as a living experience and every meet all the demands.
Cons: Corporate culture is not following, and other drawbacks work.
Flexibility, stress level and lack of perks.

Make Sure Your Boss Is Backing You Up.
Customer Service Supervisor:
When starting CSS, make sure you and your boss shares a similar work and people management philosophy.
It has to match your own values.
Any disagreement over that, simply decline the job. You'll save headaches.

The people you work with are AMAZING
Cons: The stress of the roll is a lot
They can some times expect you to drop everything for them
May need to "bank time" as they wont want to pay you over time and you will go over 44 hours.
