Pros: I love interacting with people and my coworkers respect me.
Cons: Sometimes I work until 1 in the morning and only get paid until 10:30. Insufficient breaks.

That The Training Was Lacking.
Customer Service Supervisor:
Listen to your staff, be patient and teach with care and remember that everyone has different personalities in the way they learn and grow. It's important to be accessible to your staff and show them they are valued and a big part of the companies success. Rewards and promotions go a long way for morale.

Pros: The appreciation I get for accommodating to a guests needs, the people I work with are absolutely amazing, I don't just like my job I love it.
Cons: My only compliant about my job would be the pay, but there are lots of opportunity to advance.
