Good Company - Poor Politics.

Pros: I like that I've been able to grow my career quickly. I like most of the people I've worked with.
Cons: Team Managers are paid very poorly and the company "line" is that the pay is "industry standard." Tenure is more important than merit and work ethic when it comes to making cuts to the team even though tenured Team Managers perform less than bare minimum of their job duties and actively steal from the company.
