Communication skills with the management.
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
As a customer service officer it is important to keep work at work and leave it at work. Sometimes when being new to this kind of work you have to deal with your communication to staff and management and most importantly to the customers. Most time if you don't have management support you have to find a way to win the customer over. If culturally the state are not use to confrontation you have to be able to work with the customers but let them know who is the ''boss''.
March 2016
Survival.
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Pros: It puts food on the table. The job has both a relaxed atmosphere and a hardcore atmosphere. It is high-security and in some ways it is good as it could get. The facilities are clean, and the right people get put higher into the company.
Cons: Least enjoyed of all is that the company moves slowly to fill critical positions within the company as they arise. The financial and contract goals are so tight that management sometimes puts pressure on us but can't give us all the details. I wish that I could be of use to the company in a way that I've already gotten certification and work experience for.

Cons: People misunderstanding technology.
