Cons: The now stagnate room for growth, I don't think I will be promoted again unless my manager leaves.

Pros: What I like most is interacting with the customers and providing them with their needs. I also like the set scheadual.
Cons: Will not give you 40 hours. Instead of hiring managers within the company they bring in outsiders who doesn't know anything about the company.
