What is it like working as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)?

Quite peculiar.
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Pros: I like the flexibility of the work hours. There are a good food-service, and our Managers constantly provide us with quality competitions, and often provide goods such as candy for a job well done.
Cons: It is somewhat grid-locked. You have to follow a chosen schedule, due to the calls being predicted to come at certain times of the day.

Pros: I love my job. I love the office work and hours. I feel great about what I do.
Cons: I work more than others. I'm always there. I do more work than the office manager and she makes double of what I make.
