Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Pros: This is a job that teaches me what I can expect when I own my own business in the printing industry.
Cons: Owner and other employees act knowledgeable with all of the print industry and what it has to offer, but they are often wrong. Fulltime and raises are rarely discussed. Owner is indecisive with upgrading equipment, adding services and adding products. Franchise and owner are open to giving jobs to out-of-country sub-contractors and not to Americans.
