Customer Service Officer Reviews

What is it like working as a Customer Service Officer?

February 2015
Challenging at times but easy at times.
Customer Service Officer:
Pros: The people I work with. I like the fact that they are strict on guidelines like. Anti bullying, code of conduct, etc.
Cons: The induction process and the varying conditions of employees of the same role.

I Totally Love Dealing With People.
Customer Service Officer:
Pros: Customer services is an awesome job, if you are open minded, friendly and can adjust to different types of personality. The feeling of being able to brighten somebody else's day is one of the privileges we enjoy as customer services officers.
Cons: People sometimes have impossible high expectations from us. Our duty is to serve clients as fast as we can but we are controlled by the company's procedures and how fast the system is. Having to solve every issue client has as if it wasn't a big deal can really strain and requires alot of patience, which is not easy if you're naturally impatient.
April 2014
Stress Level Quite High, Good Hours, Very Few Perks.
Customer Service Officer:
Pros: Work colleagues are fantastic. Good hours, no weekends, quite flexible. Relaxed atmosphere. Very challenging.
Cons: Very low pay. No bonuses or perks. Dealing with customers isn't always easy.
