Challenging but Rewarding.

Pros: The job is interesting, I love being pushed to see how far I can go and what I can accomplish it’s never boring your always challenged with a new situation and solution every call ! Great job and stable and helpful management and staff thumbs up !
Cons: It can be challenging when something gets put on us to learn and do pretty instantly whilst making sure your stats are good & you take care of the quere and pass the call ! One little mistake and it could fail too many fails and your in trouble !
