Customer Service Officer in Perth:
Pros: The company is a large and established brand operating within many industries and service sectors and maintains at all times a highly-diverse collection of individuals which makes up it's human resource base. Intercompany collaboration is a common practice and provides all participants with the opportunity to work on highly varied project types coordinated and facilitated by diverse subject matter experts, levels of experience and viewpoints.
Cons: Client services and client facing roles in general, aims to proficiently engage all stakeholders through effective communications and provide filtered and transparent throughput between technical expertise and client expectation. Continuous improvement in this field is a constant requirement and the adoption of proven technologies to facilitate this end, while a widely recognised value adding activity, is poorly planned and minimally implemented.
