The role of my position is very rewarding, but my compensation doesn’t reflect the level of my work.

Cons: The way Guitar Center pays their employees needs a better scale that’s more fair to stores of all sizes. The current scales tend to pay more to employees at larger stores than at smaller ones, but the level of work done at both is the same.
