Your job is what you make it.
Customer Service Coordinator:
This job is so fluid and flexible that if you meet the performance standard you can follow your interests.
You need to be able to adapt to constant change in personnel and procedure but if you can network and build relationships, you can mesh your interests with corporate goals and work on your own projects.
Its a small team so learn to get along with EVERYONE.
