Petty women quick to point out any human errors, but if they do it, it's funny then. No recognition for a job well done. $0.25 raises for 15 years service. You have to do twice the work when we are short and they don't try to get anyone to help you. If you take a day or two off work your work just doesn't get done and it piles up till you get back.
