Good Company and fast Promotions.

Pros: its Close to home it's only a 10 minute drive from Roxbury to Randolph so its an easy commute to and from work.
Cons: The bad Road conditions during bad weather people don't know how to drive, and in the parking lot.

I wish rules need to same for everyone and proper response to employees from their respective team leaders or anager or atleast take our ideas into consideration.

You have interactions with customers. You help figure out problems and learn to solve them. You work with management and they always want you to advance.

Cons: Managers lack leadership skills and abilities; and integrity. No one really knows what's going on, or has clear plans. Most of the time time the answer to a question is "You'll figure it out".
