Pros: Great early experience for me. Relaxed environment, flexible hours while I'm completing my bachelor's degree. Job doesn't feel repetitive.
Cons: My pay is low and I feel like I should make more. I'm not sure how much more I should be making considering my age and experience.

Pros: It's casual, there are chances to socialize, pretty good people for the most part.
Cons: Terrible open office environment makes focusing hard. Office infrastructure is not ergonomic for women or differently abled people. Management is patriarchal and patronizing. Bullying and office undermining goes unaddressed.
