Coordinating Clinical Trials
Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC):
Pros: The amazing feeling of contributing to development of new medicines that will cure people in the future. Managing your workload and being part of a team that innovates the way clinical trials are being conducted in order to bring the new drugs to a bigger population of patients. Always supportive managers.
Cons: Not all patients are getting better, which can be depressing. Working for NHS means the priorities are not always where i would put them: slow processes and general disorganisation.
