Perfect Pairing.
Clinical Nurse Manager:
Pros: I love that I can work with special needs children to make their lives beneficial and meaningful by training nurses on how to care for these precious kids. I get to work with many talented, experienced nurses that show true dedication and affection for special needs children and their families, even if the diagnosis is not compatable with life. I have learned so much and hope to continue working with them for a long time.
Cons: I have a physical issue that is exacerbated by the many hours of driving that I must do for my job.
