Learn all you can from seasoned associates. Take all the knowledge and work in a routine that best suits you and do the best you can every day. Try to learn something new every day. Stay on top of you work and being organized helps tremendously. Place orders daily, check acknowledgments and pay attention to back orders, track them daily.

Pros: Corporate culture, support of everyone I work with from receptionist to owners, work flexibility, boss paid for class to get my license, my license fees and all continuing education required.
Cons: Lack of face to face support, we have real staff meetings every other week.
