Talbots Client Specialist.
Client Services Specialist in Birmingham:
The Client Specialist role is a second-level sales position that focuses on customer outreach. You are a personal shopper that must plan shopping parties every month. The biggest challenge in some stores is setting shopping appointments. Talbots wants you to command the sales floor (easy), take the sales lead (easy) and open a lot of credit card accounts (be careful). You must present yourself as the fashion authority, at all times. Don't forget your accessories; add a necklace or a scarf and a brooch. Your hair styles and nail color must be kept in perfect condition. You must dress in the most current color palette, preferably Talbots merchandise. They can't make you buy their clothes, but it's strongly advised. (As a CS, you earn more points via Team Rewards, which can be used for gift cards or points can be saved for machines and vacations.)
