Pros: System, managment, job security, salery is satisfied sand good.
Cons: Work hours, emplopyee care, tension, project is in forest areas.

Cons: Less entertainment and no time at all for inevitable matters.

Cons: I don't like it if anyone is observing me. Like a cctv camera.

Pros: Every day is different. Every day we have new goals, visualize new variables and ensure continuous improvement.
Quality, time and safety in each new work. These are the slogans by which in my case I feel inspired.
Cons: Do not have a union structure that regulates our salaries.
It's hard being so long away from home and away from our family.
