Pros: Cairo has a better working environment than other cities in Egypt but yet still working as a civil engineer is so bad all over Egypt.
Cons: Allowances and compensations are so bad, salaries are horrible and inflation has swollen our wages months ago.
We only work for our basic needs and many people don’t get paid enough for the basic needs.
