How Things Can Change In A Moment.
Call Center Manager:
The largest part of the job is being open to change. One minute you could be in charge of 2 help desks with 24 Team Members, the next it could be 3. There have been multiple occasions in which we have had to stand up a new help desk on the fly to support a new application or new endeavor that the company is focused on. Standing up a help desk with 2 contracted workers for a new app or standing up a new help desk with upwards of 25 contracted workers to help in the infancy of a new endeavor is commonplace. Other duties as assigned has a large scope. Being flexible is a must.

Pros: I love the people I work with, I love being able to solve problems on a daily basis.
Cons: How little I get paid compared to how much I work.
