Overall a good place to work.

Pros: The commute is pretty smooth, and Paris is a nice area. I like the company, and do have a fair bit of freedom. They're level of growth is impressive. They build really interesting equipment, and have put a large focus on lean manufacturing.
Cons: Growth seems like its stagnated somewhat. From my perception, they don't seem to pay very well. Management is aging, and there hasn't been any succession plan to speak of.
