Objectives of the company are not clear to employees.

Pros: You have an overview of what your company does. You get to work and interact with all sorts of employees on all sorts of roles. It is interesting to see the picture from each point of view is totally different amongst others and this is where you can help.
Cons: The lack of communication between management and employees is a problem and a source of frustration. No one understands why and how decisions are made, and everyone focuses on doing without thinking. You can sometimes sense fear arround employees, this means that things are not done correctly. Management of change is tough and there is a clear resistance of trying to improve.
Al this creates a culture of distrust, avoiding teams to work together and finding common goals. Communication is a problem.
