Cons: Lack of support given to my team in terms of only one Manager over the two departments I currently oversee. I have not Lead or Supervisor to help give the support the team needs if I am not at work 7 days a week. Hard to just take off and not worry about the employee's having no support work wise if they need something so they call me when I need time off with family or personal reasons
