Advanced Further Than Expected.
Business Process / Management Consultant in Cumberland:
Pros: One of the things I love about my job the most is that even without advanced education, there is still opportunity for me to advance and make a decent salary. I began my career working in the call center making about $14 an hour and less than a year later I was promoted to Process Innovation with a starting pay of $21 an hour. I did not expect that at all.
Cons: I do have a hard time hearing about some of the difficulties our front line staff face in our stores (low wages, overworked, etc.). I wish the company paid those at a lower level a little more of a livable wage. I also feel that some of the processes we have are a little outdated.
