Shortcomings of a Giant.
Business Process / Management Consultant:
Big, public consulting firms must find ways to grow and stay competitive in the market which has negative consequences internally. The belt gets tighter every year, and the pie gets smaller. In addition, senior executives are so focused on making sales numbers regardless whether it's the right thing for the client or if we fully understand and can define the delivery expectations. This a major turn off for me and would prefer to work for less money if necessary but delivering, real, tangible value... Coming up with solutions that address a problem and not shoving solutions without clearly defined problems.
