October 2014
Awesome.
Brand Manager:
Pros: Being creative. Being able to shape and mold a new concept. Having pride in my work. Loving it and respecting it. I love the drive, the adrenalin.Problem solving. It is great having my own big office to have meetings with suppliers and to meet new buyers etc.
It is amazing to know that what you choose for example background color or create slogan it will form part of the brand and will be published or manufactured and that is what you and the public will see. AMAZING FEELING.
Being involved in ad campaigns and organzing it etc.
Cons: Not everyone respects the importance of the corporate identity and do not respect the correct or instructed methods to use. Having to send out allot of final projects on very short notice. Not always have the time to take time and rethink the project/advert that must be at the printers or published in a short time frame.
August 2014
Passion.
Brand Manager:
Keep up to date with trends, work well in teams, communicate thoroughly, be strategic and analytical, have a passion for your brands.
