Make sure that the customers are getting what they want and make sure they are aware of ALL promotions.

Pros: Challenging - really stretch your skills.
Cons: Good performance is not acknowledged or rewarded. Bad performance is dealt with severely.

Auckland is a beautiful, vibrant city.
Brand Manager in Auckland:
Pros: I enjoy the city views, diversity and the quick access to many shops and events like conferences etc.
Cons: Auckland is a male dominated corporate environment. Woman tend be paid less and seems to have to fight for what should be rightfully theirs. The city can be very congested at times and travelling is difficult to and from the city as it takes a lot of time (4hrs) daily.
