I LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS AND HELPING PEOPLE.
Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
Pros: I LOVE BEING ABLE TO WORK AT MY OWN PACE AND HELPING OTHERS.
Cons: SOME PEOPLE ARE VERY IMPATIENT AND DON'T UNDERSTAND THERE ARE OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO WERE AHEAD OF THEM THAT NEED ANSWERS AND ASSISTANCE TOO.
