Pros: The job is fairly easy and doesn’t require too much work. Just a lot of computer and phone work.
Cons: Having to work at a different location multiple times a week due to people calling in or just not showing up. Management seems to not take action and is extremely laid back and too nice when it come the people never showing up to work.
