IKEA is a great place. Co-workers are treated with respect. IKEA works hard to stand by its values. I think a lot of the co-workers who have never worked at another company have sense of entitlement.

The people I work with and flexibility.

Cons: The turnover, pay, its government funded so things happen very slowly, its the way of UW System or nothing. Change is infrequent.
