Hard Work, Stressful, Fast Paced.
Bakery Manager:
Pros: Creativity, customers, most aspects of the job e.g: cake decorating, baking, ordering, creativity, decorating and planning for the week, holidays, and special promotions. Training and mentoring staff.
Cons: So much paperwork. Redundant reports, and audits by many different people constantly. Can be very stressful. Although I am now used to it, retail in grocery schedule is very demanding. Work all holidays, some nights, weekends always.
