Not enough labor due to lack of employees. Store director doesnt pay attention when asked important questions as I am not part of the click of favored employees.

Cons: Not having proper management and not being able to follow through in actions with my department employees as the store director overrides everything I implement but at the same time doesnt give the tools to improve anything either.
