Management of all type of work at same time.
Assistant Store Manager:
Pros: I like to do planning of material which is required in month. For that I have to work on consumption of materials and balanced material.I think, Store keeping is a cycle.for ex.house wife .This is the most suitable example for management.
One have to know requirements, consumptions and what time will you take to buy new things.
Cons: I have to do entered issued material manually in register and same in Tally software also.this thing I don't like.because it's more time consuming.

Work Culture.
Assistant Store Manager:

Cons: Work is never good enough.

They don't care how hard you work.
Assistant Store Manager:
Pros: Benefits are great.
Cons: They will terminate you for any reason. I stopped a shoplifter and was terminated because I was unaware of there no chase policy. I had never had a warning prior nor had I ever had a conversation about it. Also they are putting stores too close to each other. And when you try and advertise for your own store the company will stop you.

Rewards come with sacrifice, so make sure to be compensated.
Assistant Store Manager:
While the position is filled with many opportunities to really dive deep into understanding business acumen and a concentrated focus on its numbers-there is also the stress of clienteling. The constant need to bring and drive more guests into your doors with or without promotions. It is rewarding though, if you truly have passion, want and need to connect with people. Whether it be with your own team or your guests. It is an ever-changing landscape, where no two days are the same. Just remember, the higher up you climb the more accountable you become and the more you sacrifice of yourself.
