Asset Manager:
Generally okay; not much ever changes.Technology is old. Benefits are standard. Compensation not great. Management is disorganized & disfunctional within the Oakville office. Former President was wonderful and kept staff informed. Currently Senior Management is new and doesn’t communicate with all staff. Moral is weak.
