Pros: Safety, Hazard identification, Legal appointments. Being part of a team incorporating two business units into one. To Be the Sasol one way.
Cons: School like Atmosphere. Micro management.

Pros: Independance of schedule and time. Functional fairly large office. Studies somewhat apply to work. Good teammates. Life experiences apply to work. It's a job. Translation.
Cons: Data collection. No decision power. Do not get to see conclusion of the project. Hard to take vacation. High work outside hours expectations. Does not normally involve research. Lunch breaks are over rated. Benefits are limited.

We all have jobs, coworkers, supervisors or leaders who are less than ideal, and while we may not have control of these external forces, we do have the power to control how we feel and react to them. If leaving is not an option, then make the best of the situation, and know that eventually, things will change.

Pros: Always active and self motivating via accomplishment of tasks/goals/mission in efficient and effective manner.
Cons: Some times very stressful (high level of Pressure). Often no acknowledgement and appreciation of your effort and achievements.

Administrative Coordinator:
Pros: Working with Board volunteers and committee members. Attending, and being involved in, our annual conference. Using technology for communications. Being able to work close to my home.
Cons: Sometimes there's not enough work to keep my interest.
