Pros: Horrible horrible leadership. They abuse employees and then pay us poorly. There are too many issues, communication is lacking, and awfully demanding! Employees were harassed every day!
Cons: Nothing good to mention.

Cons: Management seems to not be making proactive decisions that will benefit the organizations, which created a barrier for Administrative assistants to be able to schedule patients in effectively.

Cons: Needed a master's degree moving here and I didn't know this. Went back to school in 2018 to freshen up my psych degree and got an associates in Health Care Navigation and now feel underutilized in my current role.

I really love what I do and who I work for.

Cons: My 10 years of hands on experience and taking classes to learn what I didnt know is still is not enough to get paid what my counterparts get paid with a bachelors degree right out of college.
