Line Cook in Charlotte:

Cons: Stingy on overtime..Training and talent development could be tweeked better
Great.
Assistant Manager, Fast Food in Jackson:
Pros: I like the way we set I goal to enrich one person life at a time
Cons: Nothing
Cook, Fast Food:
I started as a part-time cook. I feel forthnate to know such a wonderful crew and group of leaders. Zaxbys is a good company to be in for anyone. Zaxby's is a fast food restuarant. The work is production, customer service, and keeping the restuarant clean.
Stressful and demanding. Expected to be available 24/7/365. No personsal life. Never get to take vacations.
General Manager, Restaurant in Hartsville:
Pros: How we have freedom to take ownership of our unit
Cons: Never enough management help or support.
Work was flexbility, the training was easy, I like working.
Cashier:
Pros: I did like working on the register, cleaning dinning room was ok, but not every shift. Prep was easy to do, like it. Getting alone with the other employees was ok. And getting alone with all the manager was very good.
Cons: Cleaning the dinning room 3 days in a roll was upsetting to me.
Zaxby's worker experience.
Cashier:
Pros: I like the people I work with, and I like that it's fairly laid back. It isn't too stressful as the actual job itself.
Cons: I feel like I should get paid a little above minimum wage due to the fact that when I work register, I do the hardest job of the front. I am in charge of cleaning tables and seats, changing the trash, sweep the rugs, and the floor, clean the bathrooms, and mop. Plus I work and go to school so that adds stress. I also wish we had more perks, like free lunch on the days we work and maybe a paid vacation every now and then.
Great atmosphere, great people, great first job.
Cook, Fast Food:
Pros: Knowing that hard work will be rewarded.
Cons: Employees can sometimes have their own agendas, and managers can be lax to do anything about it. Ex: Someone calls out of work, managers may make no effort to find so one to fill in and leaving us short handed.
