Part of the job.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) in Paterson:

It is a pleasant environment.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) in Cleveland:
Pros: Co-workers and patients
Cons: Hours
Hectic.
Customer Service Associate in New Britain:
Pros: Some if the customers
Cons: Management doesn’t back you up, they don’t realize how hectic it can be. Always told to just handle it. Management doesn’t keep you informed or help with tools to do our job.
Too stressful.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) in Midlothian:
Pros: Helping people.
Cons: Upper management setting policy without knowing what our job is really like.
Ok.
Pharmacy Technician in New York:
Pros: My co workers
Cons: Unappreciative customers and management
Pharmacy Technician in Barbourville:
Just a bad set up. Terrible computer. A busy store with not enough help. If it wasn't for great management and good co workers I'd quit earlier. Your expected to not only wait on customers but input their prescription and answer the phone pretty much at the same time.
Pharmacy Manager in Chattanooga:
No raises for the last two years and bonus keeps getting cut. I still think we have the most technicians in the industry but we can’t get new equipment like a larger refrigerator. Benefits are good with a lot of different options.
