Cons: workload - 2 workers doing the work normally performed of 3 - 5 employees.

Understaffed, under appreciated, overworked. Bullied constant threats and if you speak up about horrible working conditions punished upper management horrible and only brings moral lower and lower nothing you do is ever good enough hours are cut more and more every week while demands increase.
Stressful but fulfilling.
