Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician:
Pros: Flexible, employees that are good, and a few others.
Cons: Stress, pushing everything on me when everyone leaves, not satisfied with my pay rate.
Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician:
Cons: No set schedule, so can close one night, and open next morning. Also scheduling budgets are made by someone not located at your store and based on number comparison from previous year. This means many times we are working understaffed. Also there isn't a central call center for our area yet, so our phones are constantly ringing, interrupting us and putting us behind, creating longer waits and unhappy customers. Very stressful at times.
