What is it like working at UnityPoint Health?

Patient Services Specialist in Fort Dodge:
A lot is expected of this position as more middle management work trickles down. Also quite often short staffed so workload is quite heavy. Wages do not reflect the effort it takes to get though a day at times.
Not paid well, stressfull.

Cons: Looking over my shoulder to see if my leader is looking for something to discredit my work in order to remove those with experience by issuing disciplinary action to anyone who could compete for positions with new hires that know nothing.
