Extremely challenging, yet rewarding.

Pros: The job satisfaction of watching equipment you work on so often end up operating without a flaw and delivering diplomacy around the world on nuclear power
Cons: Undue stress and extremely tight deadlines
Rewarding but challenging.

Pros: The opportunity to lead and develop people to become better
Cons: Requirements creep
Transformative, engaging and mutual respect within all levels of staffing.
Registered Nurse (RN), Operating Room in Greenville:
Pros: The respectful environment between medical professionals, and the ability to change work environments and have continuous learning. The pay and benefits are great as well.
Cons: I am starting to dislike moving every couple of years.

Cons: The lack of communication and interpersonal skills of leadership
It was hectic long hours sleep lost but I managed through it I’ve learned a lot and look forward to continuing training as a air plane mechanic.

Pros: What I like most is the structure of the chain of command without a strong chain of command and whole facility can go down so I’m very big on communication.
Cons: What I least like about the navy is the abuse of power I feel we all are equal I understand that there are people that have been there before me but the respect level at time was not acceptable and which is part of my reasoning of transitioning out of the navy.
