Pros: There is sooo many great opportunities for me to move up the ladder, and for me to learn new things. Great hours! So flexible with your time incase of emergencies.
Cons: The pay is not that great.

Pros: I like that I don't have the same hours every week and that there is a lot of room to move up in the company.

Cons: The incentive program is terrible. Hourly wage is low.
