U.S. Bank Reviews

What is it like working at U.S. Bank?

I love the culture and diversity. Traditionalist.
Sales Consultant in Portland:
Pros: Flexibility, so far my manager does not micro manage me.
Cons: I want to paid equal to my team
Great work place.
Help Desk Specialist in Irving:
Pros: Slow-paced, friendly warm environment
Cons: some days can be dull
Maybe just lucky?
Project Manager, (Unspecified Type / General) in Tualatin:
Pros: Core Values and the people.
Cons: I would say technology but they have a new laptop on order for me...
Hectic but fun working with the public.
Teller in Las Vegas:
Pros: The public and coworkers
Cons: The protocols and lack of technology
Branch Manager, Banking:
Prior to US Bank, I had plenty of bank management experience as well as banking experience overall and was always treated as a leader. Unfortunately for me, my direct manager was the most disrespectful person I had ever had the displeasure of working for. I have never been so disrespected and overall undervalued in my career. Aside from that however, the company is a good company for all intents and purposes. Very much in sync with the employees. Sadly, I had to base my review on that manager. It’s a SHAME and a real EMBARASSMENT that he is still employed and holding the title he holds.
Universal Banker:
Long work hours, company looking to hire top performers, expect a million dollars in loans per business line within a year. I'm sure if expectancies aren't met employee will be pushed out of position.
Challenging.
Universal Banker in Chino:
Pros: meeting financial needs and goals of the customer
Cons: short staffed
