Repetitive and mundane.
Loan Processor in St. Paul:
Pros: My data analysis and efficiency helps me resolve issues in a quick and timely fashion, to the satisfaction of clients. In being flexible and open to new projects, I can get a lot of loans processed and gain the appreciation of my team.
Cons: There haven't been many opportunities for job growth, or many options open to my set of skills. I feel stuck in my current position, which is monotonous and boring, and I don't know how to move forward.

Cons: No pause times. Non-stop work and issues so finding time for training is very hard to do.
